    First, I want to sincerely apologize for how long it took us to respond here. Your community post was unfortunately not routed to our team the way it should have been, and we’re very sorry that it didn’t receive timely attention. We truly appreciate your patience.

    We also wanted to mention that we did receive the support tickets you submitted at the time, and our team was able to connect with you through that channel, but we missed following up here in the forum, and we apologize for that.

    Based on the information we exchanged, we understood that the reason your Zones were showing “No Motion Detected” was because the plugs were being used outside of the United States. At this time, Threshold devices are only supported within the U.S.

    We’re glad we were able to identify the cause of the issue, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
