Known Issues:
- There is a rare and intermittent login issue where you may need to try logging in several times in a row to get into the app.
- When deleting a large amount of messages, some messages selected for deletion may not be deleted due to a throttling issue we're working on.
- If you are having trouble receiving your email, try changing your Insights settings (such as the time) and save them. This should restore the emails.
- In device setup, the default name is Wi-Fi sensor on Android for devices but on iOS it is blank on the text field.
- Someone had to tap the save button a couple of times on the Edit Zone screen before the app saved the changes for both Android and iOS.
- Motion History is currently using the graph aggregation logic instead of the 1-minute resolution as planned
- Deleting a Light Profile member does not delete the matching invite
- Residence Administrators can only assign Caretaker Facilitator and Resident Roles. Assign yourself as a Caretaker Facilitator to be able to assign Family and Professional Caretaker Roles.
- A Zone can be deleted with plugs still attached. The plugs stay in the app but cannot be attached to another Zone.
